I couldn't watch either but my guess is


Based on the reaction here and when I heard Pete went out a couple times my guess is there "supposedly" wasn't enough pause or maybe she was separating her hands from her glove or something.

I'll admit I don't know the entire rule but the pausing is very subjective, so my guess is the umpire didn't think she was pausing enough after her waist turn to her right during her delivery maybe, just a guess.
